  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Stir until well coated and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Toss marinated chicken pieces in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and cooked through.
