  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for cream cheese layer)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for cream cheese layer)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry swirl by cooking blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
  2. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, then fold in cocoa powder, flour, and salt to create the brownie base.
