  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blackberry swirl by cooking blackberries with sugar and water over medium heat until they break down slightly. Set aside to cool.
  2. Melt butter in a bowl and mix in sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Gradually stir in cocoa powder and flour.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top and swirl in the blackberry sauce.
