  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Fontina cheese (optional)

  2. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.

  4. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and more Cajun seasoning if desired.
  5. Combine cooked rigatoni with creamy sauce and reserved pasta water as needed. Gently fold in seared steak tips.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper.
