  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, sugar, and water while stirring constantly until boiling. Cook until it reaches 305°F (152°C), then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Coat the mini pretzels in the caramel sauce until fully covered.
  4. Transfer coated pretzels onto a cooling rack set over the prepared pan without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes to ensure they dry out properly.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
