  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain well.
