  • 8 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 lb vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a zip-top bag, combine cheesecake pudding mix, cherry vegan gelatin mix, powdered sugar, and optional sprinkles. Shake well.
  3. Measure 8 cups of rice Chex cereal into a mixing bowl.
  4. Melt vanilla almond bark in the microwave in one-minute intervals until smooth.
  5. Pour melted almond bark over the cereal and stir until coated.
  6. Transfer the coated cereal to the zip-top bag with the sugar mixture and shake until evenly covered.
  7. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and let it set for a few minutes.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
