  • 3 Chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 6 Kaiser rolls
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (15 oz)
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 34 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • ½ cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Season cubed chicken with garlic herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until juicy.
  2. Boil salted water; cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  3. Hollow out the centers of kaiser rolls by slicing off the tops.
  4. Brush the insides of the rolls with a mixture of melted butter and garlic herb seasoning.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
  6. Combine cooked chicken with drained pasta and Alfredo sauce; stir well.
  7. Fill each bread bowl with the mixture; top with shredded parmesan.
  8. Return to oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot and garnish if desired.
