  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Cooked rice or noodles, to serve

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes), then remove from the skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and pour over the stir-fry. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
