  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the diced turkey bacon until crisp; remove and set aside.
  4. Add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet; sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour followed by heavy cream and half-and-half; cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and half of both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses until melted. Combine with cooked pasta, chicken, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Pour mixture into the baking dish; top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
