  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Press the dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely.
  7. Spread vegan marshmallows crème over the cooled cookie base.
  8. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over the marshmallow layer; spread evenly.
  9. Allow to set before slicing into squares.
