  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each mushroom in the flour mix, followed by beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
