  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, mayo, and Sriracha for the sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; add Panko breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown.
  4. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice, diced imitation crab, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro. Drizzle with sauce and top with toasted Panko crumbs.
