  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken evenly with the spice blend and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through; then let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in melted butter until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce along with the creamy garlic mixture; let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
