  • 2 large Onions (caramelized)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (or gluten-free)
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese (Swiss or Gruyere)

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
