  • 6 cups powdered sugar, sifted

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 46 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cake flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar.
  4. Mix in vegetable oil, whole milk, white vinegar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs until just combined.
