- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower florets; sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms; cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
