  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned (about 5-7 minutes). Break it apart while cooking and mix in green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha if desired.
  2. Remove cooked beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté shredded Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper for about 5-8 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Return the ground beef to the skillet with Brussels sprouts. Stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or additional green onions if desired.
