  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 box (8.5 ounces) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup whole milk
