  • 1 cup cold butter

  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tins with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into muffin cups.
