  • 8 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats.
