  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or nuts of choice)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until mixed well. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top and swirl gently for even distribution.
  5. Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans over the mixture, pressing down lightly.
  6. Scatter chocolate chips and white baking chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
