  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, add extra cheese if desired, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
