  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup vegan marshmallows fluff

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop out two tablespoons of dough, flatten it slightly, place half a tablespoon of Nutella and a teaspoon of vegan marshmallows fluff in the center, cover with another flattened portion of dough, and seal edges.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes until firm but soft in the center. Allow cooling before transferring to wire racks.
