  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (for frosting)
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 23 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 8-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and melted white chocolate.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk until combined.
